As the Deputy Director of Oregon’s state climate office, she spends her days thinking and talking about Oregon’s climate, weather, and water. Dello is also the associate director of the Oregon Climate Change Research Institute and a part time PhD student at Oregon State University. She received her Bachelors in Atmopsheric Science and Masters in Geography from the University at Albany.
